Nolan brings a strong foundation of real estate expertise, experience, and enthusiasm to his clients. He is a dedicated professional with the competence and resourcefulness to work with any type of commercial or residential property and achieve results.
After stints in the construction and diamond industries, Nolan’s career in real estate began in 2008 with an international brokerage and advisory firm in Montreal. He relocated to Vancouver in 2009 to continue to work as a commercial appraiser and consultant while earning the Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (P. App, AACI) designation. Working as an appraiser and property consultant, Nolan provided expert valuation and consulting services to clients for various types of properties across Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.
Tapping into his perpetual desire for more knowledge and new experiences, he transitioned his appraisal and consulting capabilities to a related path as a property tax consultant with a large publically traded real estate consulting and technology company in Vancouver. He has acted as an expert witness on behalf of major developers, property management groups, government organizations, property owners, and tenants across British Columbia to ensure that their property assessments were fair and equitable. As a professional advocate and negotiator with technical knowledge, he has been entrusted to manage and minimize property tax dues for his clients.
The Sea-to-Sky region is the ideal home for Nolan, his wife Kelsi, and (SPOILER ALERT!) their baby boy on the way. The area offers boundless outdoor activities and places to explore. They love the balance of serenity and adventure coupled with the close proximity to world class entertainment and amenities. The small town feel and close-knit community of Squamish offers many parallels to his boyhood home – Yellowknife, Northwest Territories.
When not talking to somebody about real estate, you can find him biking, skiing, playing hockey, hiking, fishing, playing baseball, foraging, or projecting in his garage.
